Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds At Savagely Single, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or a change of mind.
Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
How to Submit a Claim If you notice an issue with your product or anything else on the order, please contact us immediately at support@savagelysingle.com. Please include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defective or damaged item
  • A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
